Date Night: Griffin Grill

Something funny happened the other day. It was after this date. My boyfriend gets excited to try new things. I love it about him. We enjoy trying new food places together. Sometimes, maybe a lot of the time, he points notices a new place as we're driving around, and I respond, "I've been there. It's o.k." Slowly crushing his foodie dreams.

I've been to this local spot so many times. It's a favorite. I mostly go with my friends from church because it's so close. I was excited to have him try it. I'd never had dinner there before. Our meals were o.k. not doing this place justice. We agreed to come again to try something else. 

The owner recommended their famous banana foster cheesecake. Guys...I don't like banana foster, pudding or cheesecake. I wanted a molten, but my boyfriend doesn't prefer chocolate. I gave this cheesecake a try because I love him. It was so good. I wanted it again a few days later.
