Summer Camp '21

I spent every morning here. Praying specific prayers that God would eventually answer throughout each day.

I prayed for clouds, the clouds came.

I prayed for connection, so I jumped off the zip line, bedazzled hair, made phone charms and validated hard concerns.

I prayed for comfort; a friend would find me.

I prayed for breakthrough, 12 years old shared hard things. I really wish I could take the hard away.

I prayed for confidence and humility, and I think that is the bottom line for me about camp 2021. 

confidence + humility being refined and balanced in me to lead well and love better. 

I don’t have many words to explain what literally happened at camp. God is truly unbelievable and immeasurable and my favorite person ever.
