We often look like this.

We often don’t have it all together.
We often feel as thrown off as this photo.
We often pause and suddenly ask, “who would’ve thought?!” Referring to the fact that each of us are incredibly different from each other yet seamlessly get along. Referring to the fact that we each came out of nowhere, but so necessarily, too.

And we often answer, “Jesus.” Because only God could make this work. Only the Holy Spirit could allow us to comfort, challenge, play, laugh, cry, be a mess, be iron and feel so safe in this Christ-like love.

They’re answered prayers. Prayers from a lonely Christian girl who just wanted friends that love and want Jesus, too.
